Denzell

An Elsket-kin from Hviskelandsby. Struggles to comprehend malice, and has suffered greatly for it. Even still, within his heart lies an immeasurable force of will...

★ Fun fact: He always has way more energy than he ever knows what to do with. If he gets too excited or nervous, he has to start doing cartwheels to calm himself down, or else he won't be able to sit still.

Denzell has become the brightest light in the darkest century I've ever known. However, if I were to tell her such a thing, she would surely begin to faint each time she saw me...I'd rather still be able to talk to her, so I certainly don't intend to.

Luna

An Alv-kin from Utsikt. Knows no life without illness. Her resentment towards this fact leads her to act desperately, rarely thinking outside of herself.

Heart

One of the twin daughters of the Mother Moon Rabbit. Wise and nurturing, but rarely plans ahead. Her sister's betrayal has slowly suffocated her fiery spirit.

★ Hobbies: Reading, learning how to play new musical instruments, field research
★ Fun fact: Much of modern Månenstat's knowledge of its most lethal beasts and creatures comes from a highly elusive researcher that, quite infamously, has remained completely anonymous beyond the initials "T.H.". The first known work by "T.H." was discovered over 600 years ago; however, due to the fact that new books supposedly authored by "T.H." continue to appear to this day, made from the same materials and binding techniques, all written and signed in identical handwriting...well, some of her fellow researchers are starting to have their suspicions. If I had never wanted them to be able to figure it out, then I certainly would be making the effort to cover my tracks far more thoroughly! But, mortals enjoy such novelties as a goddess communicating with them through planting books in their libraries, so I thought things would be more fun this way.

Mind

One of the twin daughters of the Mother Moon Rabbit. Thoughtful and dedicated, but also highly anxious. Her hands are now soaked in the blood of the same mortals she swore she'd protect.

> "Fun fact" - I remember that number because I don't trust that she will. Due to our connection, I feel the very same dread that she does, eating away at my heart like a parasite; with each and every life that she's stolen away, my own soul continues to rot.
Given all she has consumed, she has become far more powerful than me, and the trickle-down effect of her own mental state on mine grows ever stronger. I cannot put an end to her atrocities all on my lonesome. And, yet, despite all of my efforts, I have been unable to pin down enough powerful people at once to achieve anything even close to resembling a sufficient degree of assistance.
Now, moreso than I ever have since the days of my youth, I try to keep myself engaged with mortal affairs. Until I figure out how to put an end to her madness, I must remain vigilant, and never allow her influence to rob me of my own empathy.

A Lysende-kin from Svømme. Their warm and carefree attitude starkly contrasts their ominous existence as a Phantom. They prefer to avoid the subject.

★ Fun fact: They dream of learning how to play the acoustic guitar. If they could, they would want to turn some of their poems into songs. (And then, on top of that, if they were able to gather up the courage...they've been holding onto a particularly heartfelt poem they wrote once about Denzell that they'd want to serenade him with.)

Philomina

An Elsket-kin from Hviskelandsby. The horrors of her upbringing have left her deeply disturbed. Now, she wants nothing more than to live a simple life.

★ Fun fact: She has an exceptionally fast reading speed, and can easily go through an entire pile of books in just about a week. Because of this, she doesn't actually tend to read very often...

Rosette

A Blomstrende-kin from Svømme. Most tend to see her as poised and mature. Amidst her family of nobles, however, she's a notorious troublemaker.

★ Fun fact: Her bold and assertive nature, combined with her general disregard for authority, have led her to be nicknamed as the "Demon Daughter" of House Stolthet. Instead of taking offense to this, however, she even goes so far as to personally invoke it to further her reputation; or, when away from home, use it as a fun conversation starter.

Celine

A Kanin-kin from Ryddig. Hails from an infamous bloodline of master magicians, to which she has become a pariah. Only her curiosity overpowers her skittishness.

★ Hobbies: Learning and researching ancient magic, brewing mysterious concoctions, cooking non-mysterious concoctions (AKA: tasty food)
★ Fun fact: She is very much a "fangirl" type, spending much of her idle time lost in daydreams and fantasies related to her many interests. She has created several "shrines" in and around her house to her favorite famous witches (both living and historical) as a result of this tendency.

Claiborne

Once a Blomstrende-kin from Minnes, who became a demigod by Mind's hand. He is calm, rational, and reasonable; that is, until he's put in front of a poker table.

Ernest

Once an Alv-kin from Minnes, who became a demigod by Mind's hand. He is jovial, sociable, and creative; while he once worked as a dealer, he's not much of a gambler himself.

★ Hobbies: Quilting, drawing architectural designs, hiking

> Fun fact(s): Claiborne and Ernest were the first mortals to reach the top of Mind's chapel and ascend together as a couple. With how frequently mortal marriages end with divorce and conflict, it brings me great joy to see how devoted they still are to each other, even to this day.
With both of them already having been long-time hikers, resolve honed upon the mountainous landscapes of their home province of Minnes, they took up the arduous task of climbing Mind's chapel for one very amusing (and very rare) reason: they just wanted to see if they could, and they just so happened to succeed.
It brings a smile to my face to know how enraged she must have been to learn how simple and casual their motivations were for coming up there to meet her; the two of them are entirely antithetical to whom she considers as her ideal victims.

Sophia

Once a Lysende-kin from Stein, who became a demigod by Mind's hand. A fantasy-romance author who longed for an existence as effervescent as those of her protagonists.

★ Gender: Female (she/her) (her being such a brightly colorful and showy bird that identifies as female may also hint at some other aspect of her identity...)
★ Age: 87 (currently; ascended at age 40)
★ Birthday: June 13
★ Hobbies: Writing novels, breeding fancy pigeons, researching conspiracy theories (out of curiosity, not belief!)
> Fun fact: Despite being a romance author, Sophia is fiercely independent. As I've become more familiar with her personally, it has been my assumption that this is because to have her own real-life romance would get in the way of her ambitions. She works tirelessly to build herself exactly the life that she wants, which is what led her to eventually climb Mind's chapel.
Due to her status as a fellow author working in anonymity, I felt that I could entrust her with the secret knowledge of T.H.'s true identity; she is now the only mortal who knows with full certainty. With how special such secret knowledge has clearly made her feel, I don't believe she will ever spill the beans...except to Aurelios, perhaps, as the two are quite close, but I believe there is no world in which he hasn't already figured it out on his own regardless.

Aurelios

Once an Alv-kin from Eventyr, who became a demigod by Mind's hand. Gets his thrills through pushing himself to his absolute limits, all in pursuit of perfection.

★ Age: 55 (currently; ascended at age 36)

★ Hobbies: Honing and maintaining his magical prowess, academic writing (as a scholar of magic), transvestism
> Fun fact: Before granting him ascension, Aurelios was the most powerful mortal Mind had ever encountered. I would not be surprised to learn if he were also previously the most powerful mortal in all of Månenstat in general, because he is certainly now the most powerful out of all of Mind's demigods, by quite a wide margin. I suppose that, were I to look into his ever-expanding history of recorded accomplishments, I could find that out for myself...? Perhaps I will have to indulge my curiosities one of these days.
In fact, all things considered, I would even dare say that Aurelios is more powerful than myself. If the two of us were to work together, we could likely triumph over Mind all by ourselves. However, in spite of my desperation, I still simply cannot bring myself to ask such a thing of him. Not after what she has done to him.
Out of all of Mind's demigods, the only ones who have suffered worse fates by her hand than Aurelios are all dead.
